Initial ideation

An initial schematic is drawn up, the first vision of Cooper.

The Birth of Cooper


On the first day, Cooper the microscope frame is built, marking the genesis of the Autoscope.

Fabrication

The first 3D printed prototype is created, a mount for our Arducam Hawkeye.

Cooper’s Throne

We secured Cooper to a wooden base, giving Cooper a throne to sit on.

Moving it

Communication between Raspberry Pi and Arduino Mega with Ramps 1.4 is achieved, allowing for a centralised control center to operate the telescope via stepper motors.

Cell identification

The code for data processing and machine learning is finished and tested. I think, therefore I am.

Da Vinci

Divine inspiration strikes Junrong, leading to the creation of the Da Vinci gear, a novel way of changing lenses on our microscopes.

Training arc

Data is collected from prepared samples bought online to train our machine learning model.
