From Tuesday – Thursday, all of us were busy with Freshmen Orientation Programme.

Switch to Arduino Uno controller for motors

  1. Researched code pertaining to our remote controller (FLYSKY FS-i6X)
  2. Researched code pertaining to our motors (Sunnysky 2204 2300KV)
  3. Researched code pertaining to our ESC (Dualsky XC-22-LITE 22A. 2-3S ESC)
  4. Compiled and wrote code in C to programme motors to move forward, reverse, turn right and left
  5. Code to be tested out in the following week

Sliding dry ice across long distance

We tried out sliding of our dry ice on a low friction granite floor at the NTU Research Technoplaza. This is one of the suggested places where we could test our final prototype of the hovercraft.
