Learning experience 1:
Connecting the raspberry pi to a laptop or so called a headless connection, came with many difficulties. Connecting the pi to a desktop screen was so much easier. To do a headless connection, we needed:
microSD card
power source
RJ45 straight ethernet cable
It was also easier to connect via a windows laptop than a mac. For the windows laptop, issues of headless connection could be resolved by watching this video.
Learning experience 2:
One must always be able to visualise the product that one is trying to make in order to be able to design it faster and better.
Parametrising is very important in using Fusion 360, it allows for ease of changing the design specifications.
Learning experience 3:
When using onedrive to save the files for MnT, Autodesk CFD simulation will not succeed. Please note to turn off OneDrive sync when running simulations! Because we are using cloud for simulations
Learning experience 4:
Assembling the aluminium frame takes some patience. Must be calm and patient. It’s all about geometry with the rectangular nuts.
