This project aims to create a camera/scanning device that is able to correctly identify the color-coded resistor’s resistance based on their respective color bands. The corresponding resistance will then be displayed on an LCD display for users.

Vision
What is the goal of your project?

The ultimate goal of our project is to create a camera device that is able to correctly identify the resistor’s resistance value based on their respective color bands and projecting the value out on an LCD display. We hope that this device can enable those with color deficiencies to be able to correctly identify resistor values independently in an electronics lab.
