Welcome Week 2022 is a partnership event with Students’ Union – NTU FEST Committees. The main learning outcomes of the events are to serve as a platform for club committee members to meet and interact with potential club members for the first time, to allow main committee members to introduce freshman to the upcoming events of NTU Heritage Club and to allow Heritage Club to advertise the nature of the club and to recruit potential members.
Throughout this hybrid event, NTU Heritage Club managed to conduct virtual chats with the participants in virtual welcome week and had meaningful conversations with all the participants in the physical booth. The main topics of the conversation surround Heritage Club Annual Workplan (Events), invitation to our welcome tea and invitation to our incoming recruitment drive.
Referring to the membership list of AY21/22 and AY22/23, we have a total of 68 participants renewed their membership status / registered as member up-to-date (18 Aug 2022).
We have managed to distribute all the 300pc of brochure to the NTU community and sent out all the prizes that we have prepared for the mini game. <3
