Our Welcome Tea event is a vibrant and engaging platform that bridges connections between our committee members and potential recruits. It serves as a gateway to the heart of the NTU Heritage Club, offering attendees invaluable insights into the essence of our club and a sneak peek into the exciting events on our horizon. Kicking off the event, our incoming president, Mr. Tan Yoong Ken, graces us with an illuminating speech that introduces the club’s structure and vision. 🌟🤝
But the Welcome Tea doesn’t stop there. We believe in giving our attendees a comprehensive understanding of the inner workings of the club. To achieve this, we introduce and present the roles and responsibilities of each division, including HCI, HGC, HDE, HEO, Heritage Week, and PNP. This segment is designed to shed light on the vital contributions of subcommittee members within the Heritage Club. 📚🔍
Education doesn’t have to be all formal, though. Learning can be fun too! That’s why we incorporated an interactive Crossword Puzzles game into the event. Attendees were divided into teams, each tasked with completing a crossword puzzle based on key information about our club. This activity not only reinforced their knowledge but also fostered teamwork and camaraderie. Congratulations to our winning team, who walked away with grand prizes, and to all participants who left with cherished memories and new friendships. 🧩🏆🎉
