Project #Sunshine

Bringing some Sunshine for you!

We visited a Children’s Home during the March School Holidays this year and during our time there, we played games and activities with the children! It was so meaningful to be able to see the smiles on their faces when we were playing the games!

If you are interested in planning activities to interact with children and enjoy having fun with them, do join us in our future events! :”)

Project #CleanTheBeach

During circuit breaker last year, it was reported on how piles of trash were washed up on the coastlines of East Coast Park due to the monsoon season. Because of that, there were citizens stepping up to help to collect all this rubbish out of their personal time!

Inspired by their actions, we decided to also organise our very own beach clean up!

It was actually quite tiring but we reaslied that it is quite meaningful as we were not only restoring our beaches to their original glory but we could also prevent the wildlife such as the birds and the fishes from eating all these plastic waste too!

Project #StopTheStigma, SpreadTheLove

In an effort to commemorate Mental Health Awareness Month in May, we have created a series of posts addressing different perspectives and misconceptions about it!

You can catch all the videos about it from the posts on our Instagram! We hope you are able to learn more about mental health and its impact on our emotional, physical wellbeing!

It’s a timely reminder that mental health is essential and how those living with mental health issues are deserving of care, respect and compasssion:”)

Although self-love isn’t a common theme on Valentine’s Day, it’s certainly important regardless of your relationship status. Love, doesn’t have to be something received from someone else. You are your biggest cheerleader💓
