Our warmest congratulations to the recipients of the Nanyang Education Award 2019!
The Nanyang Education Award (NEA) is the highest honour conferred by the University to faculty members in the field of teaching.
The Award recognises the dedication and achievements of faculty members who displayed excellent teaching practices and enriched the learning experiences of NTU undergraduates and all other learners. These award recipients inspire students through their deep passion to teach well, and their genuine concern for their students’ learning.
The recognition is extended to three levels of teaching excellence:
- School
- College
- University – Gold/Silver/Bronze
The ceremony was held as a Teams Live event on 16th December 2020.
For NTU School of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Dr Tang Wee Kee received the Nanyang Education Award (College), and Dr Gary Royden Watson Greaves and Asst Prof Justin Song Chien Wen received the Nanyang Education Award (School).
For NTU School of Biological Sciences, Assoc Prof Ajai Vyas received the Nanyang Education Award (University) – Gold, and Assoc Prof Su I-Hsin received the Nanyang Education Award (School).
For NTU Asian School of the Environment, Asst Prof Judith Hubbard received the Nanyang Education Award (School).
