She has been recognised for her work in structure-based and artificial intelligence (AI)-facilitated drug development. She has been at the forefront of developing antiviral inhibitors designed to fight infectious diseases. Her innovative research could potentially and significantly enhance the effectiveness and accessibility of antiviral treatments, particularly in under-served regions.
