College of Science was established in 2007, comprising three schools – School of Biological Sciences (established 2002) and School of Physical and Mathematical Sciences (established 2005).

In 2015, a new School was formed and added under the college – the Asian School of the Environment.

ASIAN SCHOOL OF THE ENVIRONMENT

ASE is a new interdisciplinary school that aims to be a world leader in environmental research focused on Asian environmental challenges.

It integrates earth and environmental life sciences, ecology, engineering and technology, human ecology, humanities, and the social sciences to address key issues of the environment and sustainability.

SCHOOL OF BIOLOGICAL SCIENCES

SBS provides each and every student with a truly international education in cutting edge Biomedical and Life Sciences. With faculty originating from over 20 different countries, students are immersed in an enriching culture of knowledge.

Students can look forward to a stimulating and challenging curriculum that meets the discerning demands of both the Life Sciences and Biomedical industries worldwide.

SCHOOL OF PHYSICAL & MATHEMATICAL SCIENCES

SPMS recognizes that the most exciting sciences and challenging problems of the 21st century will shift from the traditional disciplines to the interfaces of disciplines.

The School offers eight rigorous undergraduate programmes, and students are taught and mentored by faculty doing cutting-edge research. The state-of-the-art facilities of the School provide an excellent environment for teaching, research and learning.
