Introducing Intellect

Intellect combines digital self-care programmes and on-demand support on your mobile phone to help you deal with everyday challenges and build resilience.

Here is a preview of its key features:

    • Extensive library of mental wellbeing self-care and skill-building programmes
    • Comprehensive wellbeing self-monitoring tools and insights
    • Many language options!
    • 1-to-1 live, confidential coaching/counselling sessions directly through the app with your choice of language
    • Unlimited texting support by coaches/counsellors (not bot!)

From 1 January 2025, all NTU students and employees will receive up to 6x 30-minute coaching credits every year. Should you require continued counselling support, please contact NTU’s University Counselling Centre (UCC) or Employee Assistance Programme (EAP).
