Our overall wellbeing is vital for us to enjoy life and thrive in it. It enables us to engage productively with our community and allows us to be resilient.
But wellbeing is not a given.
We all go through the hills and valleys of life’s journey and preparation is necessary for us to enjoy the trip. Just like the education and training we go through to be ready for our careers and jobs, consistent, deliberate effort needs to be put in to learn about and enhance our wellbeing. Doing so equips us to flourish and to cope with and overcome challenges that will come our way.
Established on 1 April 2021, the University Wellbeing Office (UWO) serves as the central wellbeing support and care provider in NTU for both students and staff. Our focus areas are:

- Policies and Partnerships
