🟦 Burnout is a phenomenon that may be accompanied by a variety of physical and mental health symptoms such as chronic exhaustion, reduced work performance, headaches, and chest tightness. It could be caused by excessive and prolonged stress. It has certainly been amplified by the COVID-19 situation as we deal with blurred boundaries and hyper work conditions. It is, thus, imperative that we understand the factors that lead to burnout, and its impact on us. The speaker, Mr Eric Sng, will share with you the signs and symptoms of burnout along with ways to reverse, and build resilience against it.
