What is the Wellbeing Community of Practice (CoP)?
Our CoP is an internationally recognised initiative of dedicated staff and student volunteers. They are the backbone of our community-driven approach to wellbeing, bringing innovative initiatives to life at the grassroots level. By actively enhancing wellbeing across the NTU landscape, our CoP members make a real difference in the lives of their peers and colleagues.
A Community of Wellbeing Champions
As a CoP member, you can look forward to a wide range of activities to participate in:
- Wellbeing Training: Receive complimentary training to deepen your wellbeing understanding and skills.
- Community Bonding: Connect with a network of like-minded volunteers, all passionate about nurturing a supportive environment.

A Golden Achievement: QS Reimagine Education Awards 2023
Our CoP has also been crowned Gold Winner in the “Nurturing Wellbeing and Purpose” category at the prestigious QS Reimagine Education Awards 2023. Our CoP initiative stood out among 1,200 entries, lauded for its scalability, innovation, and effectiveness. This achievement is a celebration of our united vision to transform every NTU community member into a wellbeing change-maker.
