Abstract

Embrace(D) is a social campaign aimed at raising awareness of depression amongst youths in Singapore,. The campaign is targeted at young people aged 18-25, wanting to educate them about depression, and providing advice to friends and family members on some of the ways they can help their loved ones. The campaign strives to create a supportive environment where sufferers of depression feel encouraged to seek help. The campaign’s strategy was focused on using youth-centric activities which included utilizing social media platforms, organizing on-ground initiatives at tertiary institutions and youth hubs, as well as incorporating interactive elements into the roving exhibition.
