Apart from the needed funding from organisations to support the conservation efforts, in order to effectively control the situation, the higher authorities need to acquire the relevant knowledge and be able to pass these knowledge to the local people. The locals are usually the less educated, as such the higher authorities should be able to relay the important information to them, in order to change the situation.

There has been several efforts made by the authorities/government in recent years as they see the importance and the success of some efforts have led to further implementations in other areas. This has also encouraged more communities to feel that they have the ability to make a difference.
