Mak Han Feng
Mak Han Feng (b. 1991) is a photographer who specialises in still life imagery and sees conservation as an integral part of his work. In Han Feng’s works, he seeks to connect different communities and their relationship with the environment and the importance of balancing economic boon with environmental conservation. His personal exploration includes combining chemical photographic medium with digital photography and revisiting obsolete photography techniques with modern day chemistry.
Han Feng is currently an undergraduate in the School of Art, Design and Media in Nanyang Technological University, with a specialisation in Photography and Digital Imaging, and a minor in Music awarded by the National Institute of Education.
Han Feng has been a media associate with game and comic companies locally, and has been commercially active as a freelance photographer.
