Hayabusa is an animated music video, hand drawn in 2D digital animation. It shows the battle between a rocket-riding superpowered witch and a gigantic monster which threatens her city. Set to the song Hack Writer by independent music producer Ferry, the short film aims to provide a thrilling experience by synchronizing its fast-paced action sequences with the pounding beat of the music. The film was created as a statement that deep messages are not always needed for a piece of entertainment to be worth creating.
