Love still or still love
Family photos capture vignettes of happy and precious moments which decorate the walls and tabletops at home. They picture blissful marriages, celebration of a new life, or a milestone in life. These are the ‘ideal family’ which all of us longs for. We know however, that life stories are not always sweet and smooth.
This project does not aim at interpreting the ‘ideal family’ and instead, expresses the less known side of family issues through a personal take, in a series of three different stories: a child-like woman embarking on a journey to meet a new life, a son handling his child-like father, and a husband taking over the roles of his wife. These three picture books are for adults who share similar experiences, as well as those who are willing to understand the other side.
