Felipe is a street vendor living in the poor suburban of Sao Paolo who finds his daily routine of making and serving food disrupted by a stray puppy who continually steals from him. After several unfortunate events of having his food stolen, he snaps and pursues the dog back to its hideout, only to learn the true reason for its actions
