The Institute Of Unlearning

Abstract or Summary of Project

Following the progress of rapid globalisation and advances in technology, the ability to unlearn and adapt has become increasingly important if we want to remain relevant. Flexibility with our behavioural habits is essential in influencing our level of adaptability. This project seeks to study our ability to unlearn and adapt by unlearning old habits and pre-learned methods in activities, and relearning them differently. Through the act of repeatedly doing the same activity over and over again under irregular circumstances and in new and previously undiscovered ways, I study, on a personal level, my own capacity to unlearn and adapt.
