&zyme is about introducing enzyme drink into the market, mainly to cafes. The concept is to brand this alternative drink through physical, mental and emotional experience. The project will explain how different colours of fruits comprising different physical properties can benefit our body. The study also examines the mental stimulation created when we think of colour of a particular fruit and how colours can affect us emotionally through space. Through this concept, the aim is to get the target audience better appreciate and accept this healthier beverage in their everyday lives.
