“Built to Scale” is a fantasy-absurdist film that explores the themes of office politics, societal competition, and the loss of individuality within modern society. The film centers around Lou, a timid company misfit who constructs a miniature model of her office space, only to discover its magical abilities that grant her control over her architecture firm. As Lou attempts to navigate her challenging colleagues and work environment using the miniature office, she begins to conform and gradually loses her sense of individuality.

Film Synopsis:
Arul (15), is forced into becoming a runner. Ah Song (60), comes home from his son’s funeral to find out that his house is being harassed by loan sharks. Amidst the predicament of unsettled debts and unfulfilled relationships, the stories of two different individuals meet at the ramshackle corridors of Geylang.
Entrapped in the world of relentless debtors and runners, Arul is forced into a situation to help Ah Song unravel the truth. As they embark on their journey, both characters begin to understand the depth of each other’s situation and accept their differences to work together to finish what they started. WRITINGS ON THE WALL is a crime thriller-drama that takes place over the course of one night. The film explores themes such as money, race and fatherhood to show how two broken characters from different walks of life meet and find kinship with each other.
The film is about a boy who hides away in an internet cafe after closing time, and the old man who owns it. The two of them are forced to come to terms with their own situations, when the shop has to close for good.
Over the course of one night in the shop, these two characters get close and change their perspectives about each other. This film aims to show how running away does not solve any problems.
