The film is about a boy who hides away in an internet cafe after closing time, and the old man who owns it. The two of them are forced to come to terms with their own situations, when the shop has to close for good.
Over the course of one night in the shop, these two characters get close and change their perspectives about each other. This film aims to show how running away does not solve any problems.

Shen is a 48-year-old, regular low middle-income Singaporean. He is married with two daughters. His dominating wife, Teng, constantly abuses him verbally, unhappy that he is not earning enough. When Shen gets a pay raise one day, Teng impulsively buys a car, leading to a huge quarrel between the both of them. The children witness Teng injuring Shen, leading to him to consider if he should continue to tolerate the abuse.
