NTU Work-Study Degree Programme (NTU WSDeg) is purposed to enhance student’s readiness for the workplace by integrating institution-based learning with structured on-the-job training in partnership with companies.

Through NTU WSDP, companies can benefit from a steady supply of skills-and career-minded students through greater interaction with talents in the professional work environment. Early access to develop and nurture talents over multiple internships throughout the student’s degree studies will enhance the company talent development pipeline.
