In ancient (Chinese Tale), corals represent beauty out of ugliness and transformation. Corals bear the rather charming nickname of Sea’s of Garden” because people once thought it was a plant.

Corals are included as one of the eight treasures and it symbolises longevity. Chinese have traditionally believed that corals represented an “Iron Tree” that grew under the sea and blossom only once every hundred years.

Inspired by how the Chinese tale continue to evolve into the modern era, the form and structure of the silhouette is represented through the heavy drape which shows the richness and grandeur-ness of the corals.

Base on the environment issues, corals must be protected from any environmental harm towards extinction to keep this long tradition.
