Synopsis

This video illustrates a painting about the poet, Li Bai and his cousins in the Tang Dynasty where they feasted under the peach and plum trees in spring. This was painted by a famous Ming painter who had his inspirations from a poem by Li Bai, whose writings were in fact inspired by Tao Yuanming’s poem, ‘Peach Blossom Spring’. In this video, you would find out that the gathering that they had was not just merely for a feast but rather, for something more.
