In the previous pages, we discussed the cracks in our broken food supply chain. Problems arise from each stage of the supply chain. In this section, we will revisit each stage and explore some of the ways we can address these problems. In addition, a final section on the potential roles of ‘government’ in improving the food supply chain will also be discussed.
