Internal Factors

It is important that we explore and understand the connection between the influencing factors and behaviors, so that it could aid in predicting environmental behaviors and encourage behavior change.

There are many internal factors which may influence one’s behavior. For example: personal values, emotions, self-efficacy, attitudes, and many others.

However, in this blog discussion, you will only be introduced to two internal factors, which in my opinion has a great impact at affecting one’s pro-environmental behavior.
