As mentioned earlier, ignorance is one of the reasons for the spread of exotic species. People need to know about exotic species, the causes, the impact, and what can be done about it. So they know what can be done and what should be done regarding exotic animals

There are many platforms in which awareness about exotic can be spread. Articles, talks, seminars, blogs, any platform which conveys information can be used to spread awareness of Exotic Species. Currently, Nparks, together with AVA, PUB, and Nature Society (Singapore), have been reaching out to many students from Primary schools and Secondary schools to spread awareness. They do this because they believe it’s easier to teach children the importance of the environment rather than to convince adults to change their behaviour.
