| The author may continue to post electronic versions of the paper, up to and including the version initially accepted for publication, but excluding proofs and later versions, on any web page, server or electronic archive, provided that the author gives a journal reference to the published version. The author should also include a statement that the two versions are different.
The author may use the Article within the author’s employer’s institution or company for educational or research purposes only, including use in course-packs, as long as: (1) the author does not use it for commercial purposes or re-distribution outside of the institution/company; (2)the author acknowledges the Journal as the original place of publication with the correct citation details given.
