Having resolved the challenges in our setup, below are labelled diagrams of our finished product.

To ensure safety while operating the system, clear acrylic sheets were used to frame the entire setup.

3D-printed vehicle

We kept the vehicle design as simple as possible. The magnet slot design was kept the same as in the prototype. Overall, the vehicle (including magnets) weighs about 80 g.

Observation of Levitation

With this setup, we were able to successfully observe the levitation of the vehicle. Without any added weight to the 80-gram vehicle, at least 11 m/s was required for levitation to occur. Below is a video visualising the levitation.
