How to do the simplest form of meditation
1. Find a quiet place
Choose a quiet and comfortable place where you won’t be disturbed.
2. Comfortable posture
Sit in a comfortable position with your back straight. You can sit anywhere you want, as long as it is comfortable for you.
3. Focus on your breath
Close your eyes, breath in, and breath out. Focus your attention on your breath.
4. Short sessions
If you are just starting, you can do a short 5-10 minutes meditation daily. You can increase the duration once you are getting comfortable with it.
5. Consistency
Try to incorporate this simple practice of meditation into your daily routine.
