Introduction to Sustainable Investing Workshop
The year opened with the annual sustainable investments workshop– Introduction to Sustainable Investing 101, setting the stage for informed and responsible investing. This year we were joined by speakers from CSP Asia-Pacific: Mr Andrew Yong Manager of Partnerships and Alumni and Ms Ayesha Bohrart Director of Training and Programmes.
CSP Asia-Pacific focuses on research to help investors maximise positive and systemic impact while creating training programmes that create a safe and science-informed learning environment. This workshop aimed to equip participants with practical frameworks to gain a deeper understanding of the actionable steps in investing sustainably.

Group discussions between participants gave speakers a gauge of their understanding towards sustainable investing. Building on these insights, Mr Andrew and Ms Ayesha delved deeper by introducing topics such as investor motivations and sustainable development goals (SGDs).

The highlight of the workshop was the Sustainable Investing Toolbox. Through that, participants discussed sustainable investing approaches such as ESG integration, thematic and impact investing. Overall, the workshop was interactive as the speakers shared their expertise while organising hands-on activities for participants to employ the skills learnt.
