EcoCampus is one of Earthlink’s portfolios, dedicated to promoting sustainability and awareness among NTU students and staff through various initiatives. In support of NTU’s goal to reduce net waste generation by 50% from 2011 levels, we will lead with our flagship Bring Your Own Container (BYOC) campaign, which encourages reducing single-use packaging in campus food outlets. This year, we aim to revamp at least two canteens to adopt reusable container systems for takeaways.
Beyond that, we run hands-on initiatives like upcycling projects and sustainability workshops to inspire creative reuse and reduce waste. Through engaging activities and practical solutions, we hope to embed sustainable practices into students’ daily lives.
By empowering the community to take small but meaningful steps, we aim to build a cleaner, greener campus and support NTU’s broader sustainability vision. Sustainability begins with simple actions. Let’s take the first step together toward a greener future!
