Green For Good 2024

Green For Good 2024 (GFG2024) is Earthlink NTU’s annual flagship event that is organised across March. GFG2024 revolves around four themes: Liveability, Innovation, NTU Biodiversity Week, and Knowledge or shortly abbreviated as “LINK“. GFG2024 will be a culmination of events organised by Earthlink’s 15 portfolios, in partnership with other ntu clubs as well as external partners. Some of our partners include NTU Runners Club, NTU Sustainability Office, Bamboo Straw Girl, ACRES and Plastify. March will encompass events that highlight the four themes of GFG2024. GFG2024 has the primary purpose of engaging, educating, and empowering the NTU community and beyond to actively create a more sustainable future.

  1. Liveability focuses on adjustments to everyday habits which can create more sustainable lifestyles. As part of liveability, Earthlink NTU will be rolling out campaigns to cultivate more sustainable lifestyles.
  2. Innovation focuses on research breakthroughs and projects that provide innovative solutions to tackle the effects of climate change.
  3. NTU Biodiversity Week aims to highlight the importance of biodiversity and raise awareness about human-wildlife coexistence.
  4. Knowledge includes educational workshops to improve the NTU community’s knowledge base about issues related to sustainability.

GFG 2024, with the theme of LINK – aims to bring together different themes of sustainability and link the NTU community in creating a more consciously sustainable campus.

The Singapore World Water Day 2024 will serve as a platform for us to increase publicity and awareness on the importance of human-wildlife coexistence, and how the general public should appropriately interact with wildlife, promoting a safe environment for our City in Nature.
