The Logistics portfolio plays a vital supporting role in Earthlink, ensuring the smooth execution of events and campaigns through effective asset management and operational coordination. We oversee bookings of NTU facilities, manage the club’s inventory, control budgets, and handle the procurement of essential items. Our duties also include arranging transportation and sourcing affordable, quality food and beverages for participants and organizers.

One of the highlights of our year is supporting Earthlink Huddle — a bonding event that strengthens connections among committee members while promoting environmental awareness. We also conduct an annual cleaning session to keep our logistics items well-maintained and accounted for.

Driven by collaboration, we aim to build a caring and reliable environment, working closely with all portfolios to enable impactful and sustainable initiatives.
