Before this workshop, I never thought it would be possible for me to embark on writing a novel. I enjoyed writing but did not have a structure or discipline to materialise something lengthy in writing. This workshop gave me the opportunity and triggered me to start writing on a passion project. More importantly, it helped me develop ideas and characters to kick start on writing a novel. Sharlene was an amazing teacher and her down to earth and approachable nature really made lesson enjoyable and accessible.
