Meihan Boey is the author of The Formidable Miss Cassidy (Epigram Books Fiction Prize 2021, Best Literary Work Singapore Book Awards) and its sequel, The Enigmatic Madam Ingram (shortlisted for EBFP2023 and SBA 2024. Her work has also appeared in various anthologies and in her work as Vice President of the Association of Comic Artists of Singapore. Her work is published by Epigram in Singapore and Pushkin Press ONE in the UK.

Is a beautiful monster more acceptable than an ugly one?
