The issue of plastic pollution has evolved to become a threat to global ecology and this pollution arises from both terrestrial and marine sources, harming the living organisms in the ecosystem. Biodegradable plastics made from traditional petrochemicals, which are engineered to break down more quickly by the actions of microorganisms in the environment.
