Permission Forms
It is important that you get the appropriate clearances, licenses and permission if you are filming private location eg. shopping mall or incorporating sustainable footage of a person. These include obtaining permission to record, tape or photograph on location and filming someone.
Feel free to use below forms (if necessary) and submit a copy to your Professor.
Producer’s Warranty Form
As part of your coursework, you are also strongly encourage to submit the Producer’s Warranty form to grant the school’s permission to open your work to public and to capture your declaration that you are not infringing upon any 3rd party copyright. Please note that a Producer’s Warranty is not a substitution for any of the above clearances or for obtaining copyright permission. It merely declares that you have done so.
