Protected Area Management Solutions (PAMS) Foundation was founded in 2009 by Wayne Lotter, along with his coworkers Krissie Clark and Ally Namangaya. It is a non-profit organisation consisting of over 200 rangers and law enforcement officers, tasked with protecting Tanzanian wildlife.

Wayne devoted his time and money into this organisation, and his tireless efforts paid off when over 2,000 elephant poachers and ivory traffickers were arrested with the help of PAMS Foundation. Besides tackling the poaching issue, there are also other types of conservation efforts Wayne’s foundation is involved in.
