Stop Shark Finning – Source: Reef Builders

There are various campaigns, initiatives, laws and regulations being put in place in order to improve the issue of decreasing shark population.

Under Campaigns and Initiatives, we will be looking at:

  1. I’m FINished with Fins
  2. Say No to Shark Fin
  3. Shark Fin Initiative

As for Laws and Regulations, we will be looking at:

  1. Bans on Shark Finning
  2. South East Atlantic Fisheries Commission (SEAFO)
  3. Western and Central Pacific Fisheries Commission (WCPFC)
