Remarks:
As the author of the paper, the author can elect to have an NCEJ paper self-archived within the authors institution library. The only thing INCE/USA requests is that the paper is marked with the publication date and issue of NCEJ and that the copyright for the paper is with INCE/USA. Preferably the version of the paper self-archived is the final published version to avoid confusion.
