Authors of articles published in [Journal] retain copyright on their articles but grant Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory Press exclusive right to publish the articles.
They can also archive the Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory Press PDF version of their article with their institution, immediately on publication if it is an Open Access article and [embargo] after publication if it is a non-Open Access article.
Individual journals may have different policies:
– Genes & Development, Genome Research: 6 months embargo.
– Learning & Memory: 12 months embargo.
– Perspectives in Biology, Perspectives in Medicine: Policy not found. |
