As long as the author(s) of the paper want to submit it the the repository, then that’s their prerogative. The AIS copyright simply allows us to publish it in our journals; the authors still retain their rights.
If the authors themselves want to put their paper in the repository, then they may do so as they wish. They don’t need our permission.
