Teaching
Prof. May is a passionate educator and mentor. Over her teaching career, she has supervised scores of PhD, Masters and undergraduate students who are now thriving in academia, government, and industry. She has pioneered a number of graduate and undergraduate educational offerings, inclduding the International Strategic Communication Management Programme, which offers immersive projects in Turkey, South Africa, Japan, Sri Lanka and Spain, and Fieldwork & Documentation, which sends undergraduates to Laos, Thailand and Vietnam to investigate environmental, sustainability and cultural issues.
