Project Overview

This project has great potential for commercial usage, drone delivery can be used for many fields such as medicine delivery which are time-sensitive, food delivery, or even move on towards organ delivery once the technology mature enough. It grows from a joke about how I wish to have my pizza fly to me when I order it to an actual prototype that capable of delivering payload within a 5 Km range. It’s amazing what human innovation can achieve once we set our mind to it and we also experience firsthand how modern technologies allow for complex systems to interact with each other using a few lines of code.

The goal of this project is to learn more about control theory involve in drone control such as PID, the aerodynamic involved in Quadcopter, Effect of Center of Gravity on an aircraft, Trust to weight ratio, and more. Throughout this project, all team members are involved in the assembly and testing of the drone, understanding the component and how they interact with each other.
