Structural Cell for Tree

Studies by Rahardjo et al (2016) indicated that the implementation of structural cell increases tree resistance to uprooting. Three units of structural cell could be installed at both sides of tree for optimum contribution of structural cell. Recycled concrete aggregate (RCA) is a potential replacement to granite chips as large particle component in soil mixture. The mixture has higher water holding capacity because its air-entry value and water-entry value are higher than the granite chips-top soil mixture.
