Position: Service Executive (Information Consultant) for Singapore & Indonesia

Responsibilities:
• Maintain and develop relationships with prospects & customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails;
• Visit potential customers to prospect for selling new business;
• Act as contact between company and its existing and potential markets;
• Negotiate terms of an agreement and close sales;
• Gather market and customer information;
• Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations;
• Advise on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions;
Working Location: Singapore
Citizenship: Singapore
Position Type: Full-Time Regular
Required Travel: Yes within Singapore and some for Indonesia
Qualification criteria:
• Bachelors Degree (Master is a plus)
• Excellent writing, verbal communication in English.
• Demonstration ability & knowledge of information field.
• Familiar with Microsoft OFFICE, especially in EXCEL and Outlook.
• Minimum one year working experience in library industry, publishing or related fields.
